New issues: Canada - "Flowers"

The fifth issue in the popular Flowers series, these stamps feature four stunning Canadian orchids: the Striped Coralroot, Giant Helleborine, Rose Pogonia and Grass Pink. The PERMANENT™ stamp shows the Striped Coralroot. The U.S. rate stamp depicts the vibrant leafy stems and flaring petals of the Giant Helleborine. The international rate stamp features the charming rose-pink blossom of the Rose Pogonia. The oversize rate stamp portrays the Grass Pink’s showy magenta flowers.
The official first day cover is affixed with the Flowers souvenir sheet. Cancelled in Flowers Cove, Newfoundland.
