International Reply Coupons

The international reply coupon (IRC) item 330700 (pictured below) expires on December 31, 2009. IRCs that bear the December 31, 2009, expiration date may be redeemed or exchanged as follows:

- Foreign-origin IRCs with the expiration date December 31, 2009, may be redeemed thru December 31, 2009. Do not redeem after December 31, 2009.
- U.S.-origin IRCs with the expiration date December 31, 2009, are exchangeable under current Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual, policies through December 31, 2009 (purchase price less 1 cent). Do not exchange after December 31, 2009.
